REGARDING CUSTOMS AND TAXES
The abovementioned prices refer to delivery postage and in the event that there are customs formalities, to the costs resulting from the processing of customs documentation (SAD) in the country of origin, but not to the costs of customs and duty processes in the destination country. These costs will be borne by the buyer and they will differ depending on the destination country.
LOGISTICS COMPANY
Orders made to BLASCO from Spain, Portugal, Andorra, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom will be sent through the transport company NACEX. For the rest of Europe and the world they are sent through the company DHL.
When you make the order you will receive an email from BLASCO and from the transport company, which will outline the delivery no. so you can follow and locate your order at all times through the transport company´s website.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
DELIVERY PERIODS
As the apron is custom made, we offer an average period of 15 days for production. That does not mean that it may not be finished sooner. In any case, it will be sent to its destination as soon as it is finished.
In peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, Andorra and Portugal, delivery will be made within 24hrs (always on working days).
For other destinations, the approximate time frames are as follows:
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 48hrs (always on working days).
- France: 3-4 working days.
- Germany, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. 4-5 working days.
- Other countries: between 1-6 working days, depending on the country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Do not worry, the carrier will make more than one delivery attempt. If the situation occurs repeatedly, they will get in touch with you in order to organise another time. Remember that you can put your place of work as a delivery address for greater convenience.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Using the transport company’s website, you will have the chance to find out the status of your delivery in real time. In order to look it up, you will have to go the company´s website and enter the delivery no. that the transport company will have sent you in an email.
