REPAIRS

If when using your apron it has been damaged as the result of an accident and you want to repair it or replace any of its parts, get in touch with us either via the email address info@blascoartisan.com or by telephone (+34) 976 360 594, informing us of your situation. We will outline a course of action and solve your problem within a short space of time.
 

RETURNS

The guarantee on Aprons on offer from BLASO through its website http://www.handcraftedleatherapron.com entails that:
  1. The Apron and its accessories will be delivered in perfect condition, and in the quantity requested.
  2. The Apron will comply with the characteristics listed for it on the website, as well as with the choice made the buyer in terms of the different materials that comprise the product and the requested heigh and perimeter of the waist to the height of the belly button of the final user, as outlined on the website.
BLASCO does everything within its powers to deliver the Aprons in optimum condition. However, in the event that you receive an Apron you consider to be flawed, you should keep it in the same condition in order for us to be able to check the item within a reasonable amount of time. In the event that a product is confirmed to be faulty, BLASCO will send you an Apron that is identical to the one purchased, in terms of qualities, colours and measurements. All of these steps will be free for the customer and user.

In order to activate the guarantee it is necessary to present:
  • BLASCO purchase invoice.
  • The guarantee will begin on the same day the apron is delivered to the buyer.

The guarantee will not come into effect whenever the Apron has been subjected to any of these situations:
  1. It has been used incorrectly or negligently, or has been handled in an unsuitable or irresponsible manner, or has been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.
  2. It has been involved in an accident or has been damaged in an attempt to repair it or modify it.
  3. It has been used in a manner that is contrary to good usage practice.
  4. It has deteriorated due to natural wear following receipt.
In the event that the Apron meets one of the aforementioned requirements, we can decide, according to our criteria, not to replace the Apron and we can request that the buyer pays back all resulting transport and revision costs in accordance with current standard rates. In order to carry out said reimbursement, we can charge the aforementioned costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment data provided when you made the Order. To the extent permitted by law, we do not take responsibility for losses, liabilities, costs, damage or expenses that may result from the process.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In our case, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the consumer as the product being sold is an apron that is made to measure and/or customised by the consumer, therefore it comes under legal exceptions: "The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized".
