USER OBLIGATIONS

The user and/or client commits at all times to provide true information in relation to the data requested in the user registration form, as well as in the purchase contract, as well as information requested by BLASCO from the buyer, regarding their height and measurements of the waist circumference at the height of the user’s navel, in order to correctly produce the apron, as the product is made to measure.

BLASCO does not take responsibility for errors made by the user when it comes to providing this information, therefore the Apron will always be created taking into account the user measurements provided by the buyer. Consequently, the buyer will not be able to make a claim against BLASCO if the apron does not suit the user´s body shape due to an error in the measurement information entered by the buyer.
