For technical reasons we can only inscribe letters from A to Z in capital letters, without accents or special characters like Ñ or Ç. If you need a special request (eg 3 letters or use dashes), please contact us before ordering. We will inform you if we can do it or not.

Once we have confirmed that your request is possible, simply put the details of your particular case in the "additional information" in step 2 of the ordering process so we consider it.
